    Form 4- This form will need you to provide financial details like overdraft, solvency, bank details, the value of assets, etc.

    Form 5- This form is for the balance sheet for the last 3 years.

    Form 6- This form asks you for any association that you may have with the oil and gas industry previously.

    Form 7- The last form is for you to apply for the registration form from BPCL. If everything on your application looks good, the BPCL officials will get in touch with you.
