The agency need not to quote any rate for wages as it shall be equal to the prevailing minimum wages as per latest Govt. circular of the Labour Department. The selected agency shall have to deposit as monthly subscription of EPF and ESI @13% and 3.25% respectively for each Sweeper personal. Moreover bonus @ 8.33% to be paid to each sweeper once in a year. GST as applicable of above total amount will also be deducted from their bill.] The minimum wages and respective amount of EPF, ESI, Bonus will also be paid to the agency based on minimum wages as circulated and revised time to time by the labour Department, Govt. of WB.
