    1 Surface Preparation, crack treatment:- Remove laitance, weak layers, and contaminants using grinder or appropriate tools. Clean thoroughly using wire brushing and pressure washing to remove dust, dirt, algae, and loose particles. Ensure substrate is sound, dry, and free from oil, grease, curing compounds, or any material affecting adhesion. Identify and open cracks in V-groove profile. Fill cracks up to 5 mm width with Crack Fix Powder mixed with acrylic bonding agent to form a paste. Waterproofing coating:- Acrylic Bonding Agent & Cement Slurry Coating Providing and applying two (2) coats of Upgrade Bonding Agent ACR- acrylic bonding agent and cement slurry on the prepared surface. Mixing Ratio: Upgrade ACR: Water : Cement = 1 : 1 : 3 (by volume). Application to be carried out uniformly using brush or roller to ensure effective bonding, pore sealing, and surface consolidation. Drying Interval: Allow 4 6 hours between coats or before application of subsequent waterproofing systems. Acrylic Waterproofing Coating Providing and applying two (2) coats of Upgrade Raino-singlecomponent, acrylic-based, ready-to-use waterproofing membrane suitable for exterior applications. The coating shall be UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and elastomeric, forming a continuous and seamless waterproof barrier. Application to be done uniformly using brush or roller to achieve proper adhesion and complete surface coverage. Drying Interval: Allow 4 6 hours between coats or as recommended by the manufacturer.     2 Dismantling old loose cement plaster by well controlled mechanical means,carefully removing existing damaged loose disintegrated concrete of RCC ,coloumns,beams,slab,pardis,chajja,soffit.etc.Cleaning the surface by wire brush,scrapping the steel rods,applying rust remover Reebaklens RR of Fosroc Chemicals,providing and welding steel bars to the slab,beams,coloumns wherever required.Providing a coat of anti corrossive Nitozinc primer of Fosroc chemical.Providing and appying bonding agent Nitobond SBR of Fosroc chemical, providing and applying/casting micro concrete of Fosroc chemicals to the disintegrated concrete which was removed. Providing and fixing chicken mesh 1/2"x1/2" of 22guage to hold microconcrete intact,applying a coat of bonding agent Nitoband SBR of Fosroc chemicals and finally plastering the surface with Acrylic repair morter made of Rheomix 131 or Rheomix 141 and curing the same.The above item includes giving proper support to the slab/chajja with telescopic props and proper steel scaffolding etc upto the height required, transporting and dumping the dismantled materials to muncipal dumping ground outside GSL property etc. complete with all tools, plants, labour and materials. 6.00 Nos
