| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforersaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned on acceptance letter (subject to condition 49 of IAFW-2249 including errata/amendements) at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of rates Part-I (Specifications) 2009 and Part-II (Rates) 2020 together with Errata/ amendments No 1 to 3 for Part-I and Errata/ amendments No 1 to 122 for Part-II referred as MES Schedule. Notes (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the end of description in 'E' column of this BOQ sheet (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at the end of the description below in 'E' Column of this sheet to quote the percentage 'Above' or 'Below' SSR 2020 Rates here-in-after the word "Total in figures". & (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under Rate column and the total amount arrived at in this sheet is approximate and for reference only. Being term contract work shall be ordered and priced at the SSR Part-II (2020) Rates and adjusted by the contractors percentage quoted by the contractor in terms of condition 4A of IAFW-2249 forming part of contracts. | 1.00 | One Year |
