| 1 | The term contract is to cover for carrying out any number of work orders which may be ordered on him during the fixed term such as minor works, repair and maintenance of existing buildings / Structures and allied services as per SSR part II within the specified area. The work will be as when necessity arises and will be measured against items listed in SSR (MES standard schedule of Rates) priced at rates given in SSR-2020 including all amendments issued upto till of receipt of tender adjusted by the percentages quoted by the contractor. The contract is for the period of 11 Months. The percentage shall be quoted accordingly. Notes: (i) Bidder shall insert the uniform percentage at the 15th Row under column 'F' of this BOQ sheet. (ii) Bidder shall refer and select the option Excess(+) or Less(-) available at the 15th row under rate column of this BOQ sheet to quote the correct percentage above /below at par on MES SSR-2020(part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by MES under the column 'E' (Estimated Cost) and Total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only.
