| 1 | Temporary FRP/Box toilet units on hire for male and female users, including transportation, installation, commissioning, operation, housekeeping, maintenance, desludging, lawful waste disposal and removal after completion of the hire period. The toilet units shall be strong, weather-resistant, washable and made of good-quality fibre-reinforced plastic, with smooth, non-porous surfaces, anti-skid flooring, adequate ventilation, secure doors with internal latches, proper privacy, clear male and female signage, sufficient lighting, functional Indian-style pans and/or Western commodes as specified, flushing arrangements, water storage, health faucets or mug-and-tap arrangements, handwashing facilities with liquid soap, covered waste bins and sanitary-waste bins with liners in all female toilet units. Each unit shall be connected to a leak-proof waste holding tank of adequate capacity or an approved sewer connection, and no sewage shall be discharged into open drains, land or water bodies. The contractor shall deploy trained housekeeping attendants, including female attendants for the female toilet area and an adequate number of supervisors, during all operating hours. Every toilet shall be thoroughly cleaned, washed, disinfected, deodorized and stocked before opening and thereafter at least once every [60/120] minutes or more frequently depending on usage. Door handles, latches, taps, flush controls, seats, floors and other high-touch surfaces shall be disinfected regularly, and any blockage, leakage, overflow, foul odour, visible soiling or shortage of consumables shall be attended to immediately. The hire charges shall include liquid hand soap, toilet paper for Western toilets, disinfectant, toilet cleaner, deodorizer, floor cleaner, cleaning tools, covered bins, bin liners, sanitary-waste liners, caution signs and personal protective equipment for workers. A cleaning register shall be maintained for each toilet block showing the date, time, attendants name, work performed, consumables replenished and supervisors verification. The contractor shall carry out daily inspection and maintenance of doors, latches, floors, fixtures, taps, pipes, tanks, flushing systems, ventilation, lighting, signage and accessories; any defective or unsafe unit shall be isolated immediately, repaired within [60] minutes or replaced with a clean and functional unit within [2/4] hours without additional cost. Preventive desludging shall be undertaken before the holding tanks reach their safe capacity, using suitable suction vehicles and trained personnel, and sewage and sanitary waste shall be transported only to an authorized treatment or disposal facility, with proper records and disposal receipts maintained. All workers shall wear clean uniforms, identity cards and appropriate personal protective equipment and shall comply with applicable health, safety, sanitation, environmental and labour requirements. Upon completion of the hire period, the contractor shall empty and clean the tanks, remove all toilet units, pipes, tanks, equipment and waste, and restore the site to its original condition to the satisfaction of the purchaser. | 150.000 | no |
| 2 | Temporary FRP/Box bathroom units on hire for male and female users, including transportation, installation, commissioning, operation, housekeeping, maintenance, wastewater management and removal after completion of the hire period. The bathrooms shall be manufactured from good-quality fibre-reinforced plastic and shall be strong, weather-resistant, washable and free from cracks, sharp edges, holes, corrosion and objectionable stains. Each bathroom shall have smooth, non-porous internal surfaces, anti-skid flooring with proper slope toward a trapped floor drain, adequate ventilation, sufficient lighting, a secure door with an internal latch and emergency opening provision, complete privacy, and clear male and female identification signage. The unit shall be fitted with a functional shower, tap, bucket, mug, soap holder, clothes hooks and any other specified accessories. Plumbing fixtures, pipes, joints and valves shall be firmly installed, leak-proof and connected to an adequate water supply and an approved wastewater collection tank, sewer or drainage system. Hot-water facilities, if required, shall be provided with approved water heaters, protected electrical connections, proper earthing and residual-current protection. Wastewater shall not accumulate inside or around the unit and shall not be discharged onto open land, into stormwater drains or water bodies. The contractor shall provide adequate water for bathing and cleaning and shall deploy trained housekeeping attendants, including female attendants for female bathroom areas, together with appropriate supervision during all operating hours. Each bathroom shall be thoroughly cleaned, washed, disinfected and deodorized before opening and thereafter at least once every [60/120] minutes, or more frequently depending on usage. Floors, walls, doors, handles, latches, taps, showers, buckets, mugs, hooks and other frequently touched surfaces shall be cleaned and disinfected regularly, and any leakage, blockage, stagnant water, foul odour, visible soiling, damaged fitting or shortage of water shall be attended to immediately. The hire charges shall include disinfectant, bathroom and floor cleaner, deodorizer, liquid hand soap where required, cleaning tools, waste bins and liners, caution signs and personal protective equipment for workers. A cleaning register shall be maintained for every bathroom block showing the date, time, attendants name, work performed and supervisors verification. The contractor shall inspect the flooring, doors, latches, plumbing, taps, showers, drains, water tanks, wastewater connections, ventilation, lighting, electrical fittings, signage and accessories daily. Any unsafe, leaking, blocked or unusable bathroom shall be isolated immediately, repaired within [60] minutes or replaced with a clean and functional unit within [2/4] hours without additional cost. Wastewater holding tanks shall be emptied before reaching their safe capacity, and wastewater shall be transported only to an authorized treatment or disposal facility, with proper records and disposal receipts maintained. All electrical fixtures and cables shall be waterproof, safely routed and protected against electric shock, and workers shall wear clean uniforms, identity cards and appropriate personal protective equipment while complying with applicable health, safety, sanitation, environmental, electrical and labour requirements. | 3 | The contractor shall provide temporary mobile toilet units of 4-seater, 6-seater and/or 8-seater capacity on hire, in the quantities and male/female configuration specified by the purchaser, including transportation, positioning, installation, commissioning, operation, housekeeping, consumables, maintenance, desludging, authorized sewage disposal and removal after completion of the hire period. Each mobile toilet shall be mounted on a robust roadworthy trailer, skid or vehicle-mounted platform fabricated from corrosion-resistant steel and/or good-quality FRP, with a structurally sound frame, weatherproof body, anti-corrosive coating, secure roof, smooth washable internal surfaces and no cracks, rust, holes, sharp edges or exposed fasteners. The unit shall contain 4, 6 or 8 separate toilet cubicles, as applicable, fitted with Indian-style pans and/or Western commodes as specified, reliable flushing arrangements, health faucets or mug-and-tap arrangements, coat hooks, covered waste bins and covered sanitary-waste bins with liners in all female cubicles. Each cubicle shall have adequate internal space, complete privacy, a secure door with an internal latch and emergency opening provision, ventilation louvers or exhaust arrangement, sufficient lighting, anti-skid flooring with proper slope and clear MALE/FEMALE identification. Where specified, the unit shall include urinals, handwashing basins, mirrors, liquid-soap dispensers and at least one accessible cubicle with a suitable ramp and handrails. The mobile unit shall be fitted with adequately sized clean-water and leak-proof sewage holding tanks, pumps where required, level indicators, vents, secure inspection covers and leak-proof pipes, hoses, joints and valves. Tank capacity shall be suitable for the seating capacity, expected footfall and servicing interval. Sewage shall not be allowed to leak, overflow or discharge onto open land, roads, drains, stormwater systems or water bodies. The vehicle or trailer shall have valid registration, insurance, fitness and other statutory documents where applicable and shall be positioned on firm, level ground with parking brakes, wheel chocks, stabilizing jacks and safe earthing arrangements. Entry steps, platforms, handrails and ramps shall be stable, illuminated, anti-skid and protected against falls. All electrical fittings, cables, distribution boards, pumps and lighting shall be weatherproof, properly earthed and protected by suitable circuit breakers and residual-current devices. The contractor shall deploy trained housekeeping attendants, including female attendants for female toilet sections, and adequate supervisors throughout the specified operating hours. Every cubicle shall be thoroughly cleaned, washed, disinfected, deodorized and stocked before opening and thereafter at least once every [60/120] minutes, or more frequently according to footfall. Door handles, latches, taps, flush controls, seats, pans, basins, floors, steps, handrails and other high-touch surfaces shall be cleaned and disinfected regularly, and any blockage, leakage, overflow, foul odour, visible soiling, lighting failure or shortage of water or consumables shall be attended to immediately. The hire charges shall include water for flushing and cleaning unless expressly stated otherwise, liquid hand soap, toilet paper for Western toilets, disinfectant, toilet cleaner, deodorizer, floor cleaner, cleaning tools, covered bins and liners, sanitary-waste liners, caution signs and personal protective equipment for workers. A unit-wise cleaning and inspection register shall be maintained showing the date, time, cubicle number, attendants name, work completed, consumables replenished, tank condition and supervisors verification. The contractor shall inspect the vehicle or trailer, chassis, tyres, tow coupling, stabilizers, body panels, doors, locks, floors, steps, ramps, handrails, fixtures, tanks, pipes, pumps, flushing systems, ventilation, lighting, electrical protection, fire extinguisher, signage and accessories daily. Any unsafe or unusable cubicle shall be isolated immediately and repaired within [60] minutes; if the prescribed seating capacity cannot be restored, a suitable replacement mobile toilet shall be provided within [2/4] hours without additional cost. Preventive desludging shall be undertaken before sewage tanks reach their safe capacity using suitable suction vehicles and trained personnel, and all sewage and sanitary waste shall be transported only to an authorized treatment or disposal facility, with proper records and disposal receipts maintained. Workers shall wear clean uniforms, identity cards and appropriate personal protective equipment and shall comply with applicable transport, health, safety, sanitation, environmental, electrical and labour requirements.
