Grating to match existing platform specifications (load bearing, bar spacing, and finish). Fabrication and galvanizing to conform to relevant standards ( IS 4759 for galvanizing, IS 2062 / equivalent for MS). | 1 | LUMP SUM |
| 3 | Item: Hot-Dip Galvanized Mild Steel (MS) Structural Supports. Supply of various required MS structural supports for the platform extension around Stack F5902.The total estimated structural steel quantity is approximately 1.2 metric ton. All supplied structural materials shall be hot-dip galvanized to ensure corrosion protection, conforming to IS 4759 or equivalent galvanizing standards. Structural members to be fabricated as per approved fabrication drawings and site requirements. Material to conform to IS 2062 Grade A/B or equivalent structural steel specification. | 4 | Provide and install scaffolding of approximately 8.0 meters in diameter and 24 meters in height around the F5902 stack to facilitate the extension work of the existing platform. The scaffolding shall include a safe and stable working platform at the top elevation, complete with required access ladders, guardrails, toe boards, and safety provisions in compliance with standard safety regulations. Upon completion of the platform extension work, the scaffolding shall be carefully dismantled and removed from the site. | 1 | LUMP SUM |

The scope of work includes providing the necessary supports, positioning and installation of gratings, handrails, and safety guards, along with associated welding and painting activities.
