| 2 | Supply of 12.5 Mtr highmast tower in telescopic polygonal shape made of Hot Rolled Steel Sheets confirm to IS standard. 12.5 Mtr Height consist of two sections from top to bottom suitable for 47-50 m/sec wind speed . Both the Sections jointed via stress-fit method & overlapping of 1.5 times of intersection dia. The head frame assembly is specially design with latching technology in which the luminaire carriage engages a mechanical latch at the mast head upon hoisting, transferring tensile load from the wire ropes to the mast structure, thereby offloading the ropes in rest position. Luminaries carriage should be designed to install upto 6-8 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement. Highmast should have raising lowering system integral power tool motor, SS wire ropes, trailing cable, connectors, junction box. Hot dip galvanized lightening final of 1.2 Mtr Long must be mounted at top of head-frame (not on lanten carriage), Foundation bolts along with nuts, washers, anchor plate etc. and common template used for making civil foundation. Highmast & its Luminaire & Aviation Light should be of same make to avoid any Structural compatibility, Service & maintenance issues in future .Wind Tunnel Test Report/Type Test Report of Winch, SS Wire rope, Motor etc. must be submitted before approval . Manufacturers should comply make in India & have ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 4063 and ISO 3834 Certified and Manufacturing process of Highmast/Poles starting to end ,Galvanization process etc. should be under one premises .
