| 1 | Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of electric traction type, machine roomless, Stainless steel 8 Pax (544 Kg) passenger elevator (including freight landing charges,insurance and all applicable taxes and duties in country of origin and in India and type suitable for operation on 415 V 10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency micro-processor type traction control, speed of 1 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simplex mode operation, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to Purchaser's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman's switch at initial landing floor, LCD/LED car positions and direction indication in car and landings. and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, shaft wiring and lighting with accessories,braille buttons,audio announcement along with prerecorded message, LED light fixtures, ventilation fan, etc complete with all accessories including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) with dry maintenance free sealed batteries and Manual Emergency Rescue Device and all electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided at top landing near the elevator door complete as required.The traction motor of elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoist way complete as per technical specification, having automatic centre/side opening SS door with stainless steel frame works, stainless steel Honeycomb finish car enclosure provided with stainless steel handrails on two sides, granite flooring as applicable in accordance of following details:- 2 stops & 2 openings and entrance & exit at same side for all floors and suitable for travel height of 6 mtrs. (Shaft Size 1700mm (width) x 1800mm (depth)) with suitable car dimensions (complying with the net inside car area as per IS 14665 part 3/1) and door opening of 700mm (width) and 2000 mm (height) . The equipment should be BMS compatible. All electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided in last landing near the elevator door .All fabrication and procedures shall confirm to relevant IS standards and shall be complete as per the technical specifications. The bidder has to obtain necessary safety/ energisation certificate from the Electrical Inspectorte by submitting necessary completion certificate, drawings, equipment details, load details, test results etc., before energization.
