| 3 | AHU-1 for C1-block: Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Double Skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) constructed from outer skin with 1mm thick precoated G.I. sheet (of minimum 180 GSM) & 1.2 mm thick plain inner G.I. sheet (of minimum 180 GSM) with 46 mm thick injected PUF insulation of 40 kg/m3 approx. with thermal break profile complete with aluminium extruded framework structural section for VRF condensing units and comprising of following sections: a. Mixing chamber for Fresh Air & Return Air with volume control dampers. b. Pre filter section with G4 filter as per EN779 c. Cooling coil section with 6 rows deep cooling coil suitable for above VRF condensing units with Cooling option, necessary Expansion & Communication Kits compatible for connection of VRF outdoor units in single / multiple form along with 1 mm thick S.S. drain pan and drain outlet. Hydrophilic coating shall be provided on cooling coil. Drift eliminator shall be provided. d. UV lamps section with UL listed UV lamps e. Heater section with thyristor controlled heater (32 kW) f. Humidifier (2kW) complete with required water heaters, float valve,low water level safety switch, piping and necessary fittings. g. Blower section with statically and dynamically balanced direct driven Airfoil Plug fan and Squirrel cage induction motor (with VFD) of TEFC type suitable for 3 -phase, 400V, 50Hz of efficiency class IE3. The winding of motor shall be class 'F' insulated and fully tropicalised, motor shall be rated for continuous duty as defined in IS: 325 for blower with adjustable base frame, fitted on a common extruded Aluminium channel using anti vibration mountings for silent and vibration free operation. b. Fine filter section with F9 filter as per EN779 i. Temperature sensor and RH sensor with transmitter unit and associated cabling, differential pressure transmitter to maintain the constant flow of air in different choked condition of filters, differential pressure switches across fine and pre-filter for monitoring the condition of the respective filter j. Flanged connection at the inlet & outlet of AHU with volume control damper for integrating to the main duct lines. l. Suitable inspection doors for filter, coil & blower sections. m. Suitably rated antivibration (Cushyfoot) mountings for AHU installation. Including all other components and accessories required for proper operation of AHU and to achieve required temperature (21 1 C) and relative humidity (50% 10 %) as per tender specifications in following capacity: AHU/7500 CFM /16 TR/150 mm WG.
