The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510 ) cut and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic jointed and welding as per BS 5135.etc. as required including cost of RCC Foundation as per OEM Design & Drawings . ( See table P - 04 for specs.) To ensure quality of the product, OEM Must have Type test certificate for wind tunnel test from IIT. Entire manufacturing process starting from sheet cutting to galvanization should be done under one premises Inhouse galvanizing plant shall have bath length not less then 12.0 mtr to ensure the quality of galvanization . | ||
