The under structure is fabricated using 22mm diameter MS round pipe with a thickness of 3 mm, ensuring robust structural stability. AIE joints are precisely welded with 3mm thick MS support plates for additional reinforcement. The entire metal frame shall be pre-treated and finished with epoxy powder coating in a shade approved by the client, maintaining a coating thickness of 40 to 60 microns for enhanced corrosion resistance. The seat and backrest are manufactured using 12mm thick commercial-grade plywood, conforming to IS:303 for MR grade plywood upholstered with high-density 30mm PU foam to offer optimal comfort. The foam is further covered with premium quality fabric upholstery in a vibrant colour, as per sample approval.
