| 2 | Supply, drilling, and fixing of new borewell of 6-inch diameter up to a total depth of 250 feet, including 60 feet slotted/filter section, complete in all respects. The broad scope of work shall include: 1. Drilling of Borewell: Drilling of 6-inch dia borewell up to 250 feet or till adequate yield is achieved. Boring shall be done using suitable rotary/rig method depending on soil strata. 2. Casing & Pipe Installation: Supply and installation of 6-inch uPVC casing pipes (standard/heavy duty, ISI marked). Proper jointing with solvent cement and accessories. 3. Filter/Screen Pipe : Providing and fixing 60 feet slotted/filter pipe of suitable slot size as per strata. Gravel packing with graded pea gravel around the filter zone. 4. Submersible Pumping System: Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of submersible pump set including 2 HP, 50 LPH Pump, motor, column pipe, NRV, clamps, etc. 5. Electrical Works : Supply and laying of submersible flat cable up to control panel. Providing and fixing starter/control panel with necessary protections (overload, dry run, single phase preventer). 6. Testing & Commissioning: Borewell shall be flushed and developed until clear water is obtained. Final testing of pump, electrical system, and discharge performance and Successful commissioning to be carried our in presence of Location-in-Charge.
