Watering ,ramming, compacting, and if required, rolling and re-rolling with power roller , mechanical compactors of 80KN- 100 KN capacity to achieve maximum compaction, all complete as per direction of Engg.-In-Charge. The earth should be free from weeds, grass and other objectionable debris. Black Cotton soil shouldn't be used. Measurement basis compacted thickness only.
