| 1 | Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of highly efficient outdoor type oil immersed naturally cooled (ONAN) type transformer copper wound step down type voltage ratio 11KV/433 volts of capacity 200 KVA plinth mounted as per IS code confirming to IS-1180 (Part-1) : 2014 or latest edition of the IS standard, Level-II with off load tap changer on primary side to vary secondary voltage within limits as per IS tapping range(+) 2.5% to(-) 7.5% in steps of 2.5 % for variation of HV including standard fittings and first filling of transformer oil of dielectric strength not less then 60 KV as per IS 335 of 1980 with cooling system. The transformer shall be provided with cable termination box to terminate outdoor type termination of suitable size on HT side 11 KV & LT outdoor installation and double wound core type with cold rolled grain oriented silicon shell insulated and clamped to minimize vibrations and noise. The winding shall be of copper and shall be designed for full load current and withstand the thermal and electro magnetic stresses arising due to the through fault current vector group shall be DYn 11 including supply of standard fittings/fixtures and comprising of the followings all as specified and directed. | 2 | EACH |

| 3 | Note :- (i) Transformer shall be installed on transformer plinth. The transformer plinth of size 2.00x2.00 m including steps around shall be constructed/maintenance as per site requirment as directed by Engr-in-Charge.The cost of transformer plinth shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Transformer shall be precommisioned by SEI after installation before issue of completion. (iii) Cost of all necessary T&P and measuring device shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Testing and certification of transformer must be carried out at an NABL (National Accreditation Board for testing and calibration lab.) acceredited laboratort. All test report such as dielectric strength, insulation resistance and other critical parameters should be issued by lab certified by NABL for ensuring quality and compliance with industary standards.(v) Predispatch inspection from factory shall done by rep of accepting officer deemed to be included. (vi) During currency of dismantling/taking down of existing transformer and commissioning of new transformer load will be shifted to trolley mounted transformer held with establishment, shifting of trolley mounted transformer with HT/LT cable and accessories etc safely carry from MRS/existing Location to required location will be carried out by the contractor and taking down/existing transformer shifting to TOP-II power house or complete all as specified and directed. (vii) Any other item which is required for efficient functioning of transformer deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | ||
