| 1 | Removal existing treatment any type, any thickness and roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg., of cement per square metre, laying 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) laid on RCC slab to make surface levelled for proper slope finished even and fair, rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete srfaces to make surface smooth to receive water proof treatment including mixing WPC as per manufacturing instructions, Supply and lay hyperlas standard 3 Kg/Sqm polymeric water proofing membrane incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100 gms/sqm followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90 /15 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane followed by a coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gms/Sqm complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10 cm overlap all as per manufacturer's instructions, M&L for cool roof tiles of size 300 x 300 x 7mm thick & SRI value more than 90 as on roof laid over screed bed over bedding layer of mortor 10mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 joint shall be kept as 3mm filled with epoxy grout and masking tape shall be put before putting the epoxy grout , grout shall be througly cleaned immediatlely complete all as specified and directed from 13th Storey to 16th Storey complete all as specified and as directed.
