| 3 | Supply, fabrication installation and testing of factory fabricated GSS metal ducts as per IS 277 (120 GSM both sides LFQ & confirming to class VIII) for GS sheets and IS-655 for fabrication of duct as per size mentioned in IS-655 according to size of duct with gauge of sheet including necessary G.I hangers/supports, volume control duct dampers, accessories vanes, 3 mm WPDM rubber gasket etc. complete as per specification in accordance with the approved shop drawing : the cost shall be inclusive of following: (i) Ducts with reinforcement/ strengthening. (iii) Accessories such as splitter, damper, guide vane etc. (iv) Hangers, Fastener and supports; Rectangular duct should be support from ceiling/wall with bracket/Gripple wire/hanger etc. Selection should be as per site condition and drawing. (v) Painting with black colour paint for duct sides behind the grills. (vi) The gasket used in case for all ducts shall be fire retardant type (vii) Taking dwon existing false ceiling for fixing of duct and re-fixing of the ceiling properly including replacement of damaged accessories after installation of air distribution network. Note : Duct design shall be carried as per IS 655: 2006 & the latest edition of HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible of SMACNA along with required scaffolding work to install the ducts at site complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. | ||
