| 5 | Note:(a) The work under item 1 to 4 shall be carried out by the authorized applicator of Manufacturer by using modern techniques. The contractor shall also furnish warranty of quality, finish work and effectiveness of waterproofing treatment under this item for a period of of 8 years from the date of completion along with manufacturer warranty of material for the same period. (b) Height of bldg may be more than 5 meters and roof have continous series of trapizium with no staircase to reach at the top of the building (c) The contractor shall have MOU with any one of manufacturer and also with their authorised applicator mentioned in the tender. Authorised applicator shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer (Minimum regional HQs) and shall have been issued not less than 30 days from the date of commencement of the work. The authorisation letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution work. (d) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before applying finishing coats. (e) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (f) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into. (g) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 8 years warranty card at the time of submission of Final Bill. |
