| 2 | (a) Engine : Multi/cylinder compression ignition, heavy duty, compact diesel engine liquid cooled with standard accessories, all as per BS-5514/SO-3046, 1500 RPM, control gauges, RPM/Hours meters etc; shaft H.P suitable for generating application and capable of giving an output for coupled alternator under NTP conditions, complete with following :- (i) Flyewheel housing with flywheel to suit closed coupled single bearing alternator. (ii) Air-cleaner dry type with vacuum indicator. (iii) Fuel pump and fuel piping 15mm M.S pipe with bends, flanges etc. (iv) Fuel filter with water separtor and filter element. (v) Lub-oil filter with filter element (vi) D.C starter 24 volts. (vii) Storage Batteries of suitable voltage and ampere-hours as recommended by the manufacturerd. (viii) Residential silencer as per existing CPCB IV norms (ix) Supporting/fixing arrangement for muffler with ceiling through antivibration pads. (x) Enginer overspeed stop/trip switch. (xi) Rediator with fan. (xii) Dynamo for battery charging. (xiii) Gerrosion inhibitor coolant. (xiv) Engine control panel electronic digital display type consisting of battery volatage indicator, lub oil temp and pressure gauges coolant water temp gauge, RPM indicator cum hour meter etc. (xv) Safety controls for alarm due to high water temp (HWT) and low lub oil pressure (LLOP). (xvi) Any other devices/accessories recommended/supplied by the manufacturers as standard equipment. | ||
| 3 | (b) ALTERNATOR: Self regulated with brushless self excitation 125 KVA/100 KW 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 0.8.P.F., 1500 RPM, with voltage variation plus or minus 2.5% of rated voltage from no-load to full-load foot mounted, screen protected drip proof type with class 'F insulation, closed coupled single bearing alternator, with necessary controls as recommended by the manufacturers, conforming to BS-5000/IS-4772, capable of supplying unbalanced load. (i) Any other devices/accessories recommended/supplied by the manufacturers as standard equipment. (c) Fuel tank as recommended by manufacturer with inlet and outlet connection and fuel level indicator. (d) base frame fabricated from MS channel of suitable size and machined to ensure perfect alignment. (e) One No manintenance free battery of 12 volts each of 180 AH lead acid type (f) Built in battery charger free as per OEM recommendation complete with fittings. (g) SKID: The engine and alternator will be coupled, aligned and mounted on a specially designed common base frame fabricated from M.S chaneels of suitable cross sectional area and length with bottom drilled holes suitable for and including supplying and fixing anti vibration Paus of required size numbers as recommended by the manufacturers for mounting of 125 KVA/100 KW DG set. | ||
| 4 | (h) AMF Panel : AMF panel shall be suitable size factory made indoor cubical type front openable fabricated from CRCA steel sheet 1.6 mm thick complete as per manufacturer specification of Diesel (i) Contractor ML of suitable capacity (ii) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amps (04 Nos) for phase and neutral (iii) Sensitivity relay set unit with auxiliary relay CT's.(iv) Electronic latch circuit with tripping indication. (v) Instantneous tripping device suitable for complete panel over current 0.5 Amp (vi) Reset facilities for complete protection of AMF panel. (vii) Self squential starting relay unit 24 volts DC complete with alarm and power contractor. (viii) Electronic timer 220 volts for main contractor with 1 no NC auxiliary contractor. (ix) All as per item no (x) Above but for fuel cut off operation. (xi) Electrical starter 12 volts DC as per manufacturer's design. (xii) Digital volt meter 0-500 volts panel mounting type size 96 square mm with digital selector switch. (xiii) 3 pahse electronic energy meter for measuring meter for maeasuring generated units. (xiv) MCCB, 4 pole 400 A 25 KA with adjustable over load 70% to 100%. (xv) Documents : Three sets of following documents : Maintenance and operation manuals for engine and alternator, spare parts catalogue, warranty/test certificates, schematic diagrams of control panels. (xvi) Other items : List of tools and two years normal maintenance spares as per manufacturers recommended lists, duly priced priced, item wise. (xiii) Any other devices/accessories recommended/supplied by the manufacturers as standard equipment.
