| 2 | Rubber lining of Seal Tank A & B, various vessels and ducts at NP Plant FACT - CD, during ATA 2026, with pre-vulcanized natural rubber calendared sheets to a thickness of 5mm. Work Involves: Pre-vulcanized natural rubber calendared sheets 2.5mm thick suitable for cold bonding, with required adhesives, solvents, curing agent etc. shall be supplied. Packing, forwarding, transportation, loading / unloading and storage at FACT Cochin Division site, Ambalamedu, shall be done. Necessary scaffoldings shall be arranged for the rubber lining works of vessels and ducts at NP Plant, at various heights with proper pipes and clamps as per IS standard. Removal of old rubber lining and surface preparation shall be done by chipping / grinding / thorough mechanical cleaning / shot / grit blasting, as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rubber lining / application shall be done with pre-vulcanized natural rubber calendared sheets to a thickness of 5mm in two layers of 2.5mm thick each by cold bonding method as per the standards for the rubber lining works on Seal Tank A & B, vessels and ducts at various heights in the NP Plant FACT - CD, during ATA 2026. Rubber lining shall be carried out as per the Special conditions of contract, General Conditions of Contract and specification sheets attached. Cold bonding / curing, inspection, testing, site supervision, and safety requirements shall be done as per attached specification sheet No. 030A of FACT -CD. | 30 | M^2 |

Work Involves: Pre-vulcanized natural rubber calendared sheets 2.5mm thick and canvas sheets 2.5mm thick suitable for cold bonding, with required adhesives, solvents, curing agent etc. shall be supplied. Packing, forwarding, transportation, loading / unloading and storage at FACT Cochin Division site, Ambalamedu, shall be done. Necessary scaffoldings shall be arranged for the rubber lining works of expansion joints of blower, fume fan, cooler fan and dryer fan at NP Plant, with proper pipes and clamps as per IS standard.
