Rate are inclusive of Cess @1% ESIC @3.25% & EPF@13% (w.e.f. 01/02/2026 to 31/01/2027) | 365.000 | Days |
| 3 | Daily operation& upkeepment of 500 KVAX2 Sub-Station ( 11 x 0.433 KV ) having 02 (two) nos Transformer, VCB Panels, C.T., P.T., L.T. Panels with bus coupler having current carrying capacity of 1000 Amp., etc. Complete and all other electrical accessories and ancillaries as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC during working hours daily including checking of healthy condition of all draw out feeders daily by Electrician having valid and appropriate License (Worksman permit), issued by Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India or by person having ITI (Electrician) Certificate & finding to be recorded in the log Book and switching ON/OFF of the Indoor and outdoor Luminaries & other accessories as & when required & sweeping of the sub-station building complex on daily basis.Rate are inclusive of Cess @1% ESIC @3.25% & EPF@13% (w.e.f. 01/02/2026 to 31/01/2027) | 365.000 | Days |

| 5 | Periodical Inspection, thrice in a month , Electrician Supervisor having valid supervisors'certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India along with pump Technician/Supervisor. Each Visit should be recorded in the log Book (with date & time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the pump house & sub-station Building. The supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. VCBs, transformers, L.T., PDB, capacitors, Battery & battery charges along with in house lighting system.
