| 2 | Repair and Overhauling of Penstock gate by replacing all the damaged and defective Parts of gate Repair of De-silting valve of intake site of 2x1.5MW Gumma Power House under Andhra Power House Division HPSEBL, Chirgaon The job consists of following works:- i) Lift the gate and gently rest the Gate on the Service plate form ii) Visually inspection of cracks and providing suitable treatmentfor it. iii) .checking the roller bearing .cleaning the wheel / bearing both side with diesel necessary Turing of wheel pins shall be done so as to ensure all wheel touch simultaneously a common plane on the track side. All the bearings /wheels shell be properly greased and thoroughly checked to have minimum possible friction. iv) Replacement of Rubber seals with new set and the bolts /screw used for fixing the seals are to be tightened to torque specified the screw shall them be locked by punching at four places . The bolts shall also locked by suitable means., v) Complete cleaning of old grease from whole wire rope and providing fresh grease on the whole wire rope vi) Complete overhauling of gear box and replaced the gear oil. viii)Painting the Gate with water resistant paint ix) Bring the gate to, their respective location, x) After reinstallation of gate shell be tested by lowering and raising it number of time for smooth operation If any additional material is required to put the system operational is to be arranged by the contractor without charging extra cost. | 1 | Job |
