| 1 | Notes: 1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. You may contact Incharge, Engineering Services, AMD CR (Contact No:07122565545-210/106) for site visit. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, loading charges, unloading charges, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles including testing charges, all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 3. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 4.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates. 6. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license. 7. New wiring shall be concealed (recessed) conduit wiring and includes wall chasing, fixing of conduits, GI boxes and DBs, wiring, making good with cement concrete, plastering, and painting to restore the original wall finish. 8. As the work required to be executed in occupied residential flats, there should be minimum inconvenience to the Occupants. The work shall be programmed in consultation with the Occupants & Engineer-in-charge. If so required, the work may have to be done even before and after office hours. No compensation shall be paid for loss of labour due to unavailability of flats/ site in any circumstances. | ||
