Providing and fixing. of new "F" class insulation & testing of all coils. 5. Providing and fixing of epoxy glass slot wedges tying and lacing of coils with glass tape. 6. Silver brazing of connection joints and the formation of 03 phase connection leads and fixing the same with thimbles. 7. Varnishing and baking of motor with Dr. Beck Varnish, Backtole spring and drying of stator winding with complete testing. 8. Cleaning of rotor by Material take off and varnishing & baking alongwith dynamic balancing of rotor, checking & refixing of both end bearings and greasing the same (complete job), The above rates are inclusive of credit of the old burnt coils in Motors at present market rate. | 8 | Nos. |
