| 2 | Providing complete consultancy services for Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Design, Structural Design, and Engineering Services for the comprehensive development of Roads/Streets, Parks/Gardens/Open Spaces, and Public Utility Buildings within the notified Town Planning Scheme or any other scheme under the Planning and Development Authority, strictly as per the full scope of work mentioned in this RFP. The consultancy services shall cover the entire spectrum of planning, design, detailing, estimation, and tender preparation to ensure effective and seamless project implementation. The services shall include preparation of integrated urban design proposals and detailed engineering designs for the development of roads and streets in accordance with the final approved cross-sections issued by the Authority, covering the design of utility ducts for telephone, electrical, communication or other services, storm water drainage systems, street lighting, footpaths, cycling tracks, landscaping, street furniture, traffic safety measures, signage, and all related urban infrastructure components. For gardens, parks, and open spaces, the services shall include preparation of comprehensive design proposals, master planning, and detailed engineering drawings in line with planning guidelines and directions issued by the Authority. The scope shall cover soft landscaping works such as lawns, plantations, trees, shrubs, and ground covers, along with hard landscaping components such as pathways, seating areas, pergolas, gazebos, boundary treatments, lighting, water features, and play areas. In addition, allied infrastructure like irrigation networks, stormwater drainage, underground service ducts (where required), waste management facilities, and other amenities for public use shall also be included. For public utility buildings such as community halls, public toilets, information centers, health posts, or similar civic amenity structures, the services shall include preparation of conceptual design, detailed architectural layouts, structural designs, and working drawings, along with integration of all essential building services such as water supply, sanitation, plumbing, rainwater harvesting, solid waste management, ventilation, fire safety provisions, and electrical/mechanical systems. The scope shall further extend to site planning, internal circulation, universal accessibility provisions, landscaping around the facility, and integration with external services. Across all components, the Consultant shall prepare necessary drawings, estimates, BOQs, technical specifications, and complete tender documents based on approved surveys, site analysis, and soil/utility investigations. All designs shall ensure compliance with applicable codes, NBC norms, relevant standards, green building guidelines (where applicable), and directions of the Engineer/Officer-in-Charge. The consultancy services shall be delivered comprehensively, covering all aspects of planning, design, detailing, coordination, and documentation to achieve readiness for effective execution and successful implementation of the project. Note: 1. Additionally, GST as applicable shall be payable by client over and above the quoted fees. For calculation of Financial Score, fees without GST shall be considered. 2.
