The approved artwork will first be developed through detailed digital 3D modelling to accurately study proportions, textures, and fine detailing. 2. A scaled prototype will then be produced using 3D printing technology for design validation and approval. 3. After approval, full-scale patterns and molds using 3D printed reverse dyes will be prepared for bronze casting. 4. The sculpture components will be cast in high-quality bronze alloy using precision casting techniques – a combination of lost vax & sand casting as per the requirements. 5. A robust MS structural armature will be fabricated to provide strength and stability for the installation. 6. The cast bronze components will be assembled with precision, followed by welding, grinding, metal finishing, patina treatment, and finally protected with a clear matte PU coating.
