| 2 | Note :- 1. The Bidder shall quote one Annual Authorisation Fee per LED Unipole per annum for the First Year of Authorisation. 2. The quoted Annual Authorisation Fee shall not be less than ₹2,40,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Forty Thousand only) per LED Unipole per annum. 3. The quoted rate shall be uniformly applicable to all fifteen (15) LED Unipoles covered under this RFP. No separate or different rate shall be quoted for any individual LED Unipole or location. 4. The Total Annual Authorisation Fee for the First Year shall be calculated as: Quoted Annual Authorisation Fee per LED Unipole × 15 LED Unipoles. 5. The quoted Annual Authorisation Fee shall be exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. GST and other applicable taxes shall be payable separately as per applicable rules. 6. For evaluation and determination of H1, the Annual Authorisation Fee quoted per LED Unipole per annum shall be considered. The technically qualified Bidder quoting the highest 7. Annual Authorisation Fee per LED Unipole, subject to fulfilment of all other terms and conditions of the RFP, shall be considered as H1. 8. The Bidder shall quote the rate only in the designated rate column of the BOQ. Any alteration, modification or replacement of the BOQ format may render the bid liable for rejection. |
