| 2 | Supply installation testing comissioning of 13 passenger/884 kgs capacity passenger lift, machine room less type elevator design conforming to latest lift act. Modern Lift with microprocessor including AC-VVVF controller in existing lift well/shaft having minimum speed of 1.0 m/s for every travel of meter height ,Ground plus 3 floors (G +3). Lift shall servicing 4 stops and 4 landings on same side. The lift shall be complete with SS car enclosure,ceiling car doors,landing doors shall be 16 G vandal proof stainless steel door.The lift euipements will be installed in the machine room directly above the lift well. All lift equipments ,i/c car,car doors,self levelling devices,control devices, indicators,landing doors, buffer ropes saftey ropes, Automatic resue devices (ARD) i/c all wiring connections ,interconnections and all connected equipments shall be as per specifications. The work also includes all structural items in machine room and above the lift well like RCC block & MS sections. Rate shall include approval /obtaining completion certificate from the electrical/lift inspectorate of Goverment of Maharshtra for installtion and commissioning of lifts before handing over the entire installtion of the lift. The rates are also inclusive of electrical works such as socket fixing ,bulk head light fixing etc. Please refer details given on special condition of conatrct on Page no 41 onwards and Annexture 1 on page no 50-51.
