| 2 | NOTE: (i) PLEASE QUOTE RATE IN PERCENTAGE(%) BASIS AS 'OVEHEAD INCLUDING PROFIT' IN THIS BOQ/PRICE BID SHEET. During quote, this is important to note that the agency will always have to pay prevailing minimum wages (as per latest Govt. Circular and MOS) to all the workers & supervisor as applicable for total contract period of 24 months. But, NO REIMBURSEMENT shall be payable to the agency anytime for the above. So, Agency has to quote accordingly considering this as well as for any future escalation/modification of wage structures, benefits applicable due to act of Government/Local bodies, Personal Protective Equipments(PPEs), ESI/insurance premium for workmen’s compensation, premium i.r.o. Group Personal Accident Policy, labour license etc. whatsoever all complete during the entire contractual period of 24 months. Please remember the rate quoted in percentage(%) basis in the tender shall remain unaltered & SAME till end of the contract period of 24 months. (ii) Ref. 'NIT/tender document' and 'Schedule of Work' for details. |
