| 5 | Machining of the deformed NDE bearing housing by removing its ovality/deformity after centring on the lathe. The job then includes rebuilding of the bearing housing by way of fitting of MS Sleeve and metal deposition through suitable means followed by its machining to the original size (as per bearings) to make it perfect fit with the outer diameter of the respective bearings. The work of rebuilding is to be done in intervals allowing sufficient time for the work-piece to cool and attain the normal temperature by natural means to avoid its deformation due to overheating, before starting subsequent runs of material deposition. Further included in the job is buffing of the machined surface of the bearing housing to achieve smooth and abrasion free surface. The job includes all charges on account of gradual metal deposition, machining etc on lathe, buffing with appropriate buffing tools, other allied tools & tackles, highly skilled workers, carriage & transportation etc required for execution of the job. | 1.000 | Job |
