Lowering the pump with help of tools and tackles on base frame making alignment and levelling, securing with fasteners including Providing/fitting of new coupling pulley, coupling bolts, nuts and bushes etc. and making electrical connections. Testing the pump on no load and full load at site. Job includes unfastening the flange bolts of the existing damaged valves from both suction and delivery sides then providing/fitting of 50 mm C.I sluice valve (2 no) in suction line in place of old worn out valves and C.S 50 mm sluice valve (2 no) at stage-0 and Cast steel NRV (02 no.) class 300 with by pass arrangement in place of old worn out valve of delivery sides at stage-1st . The job also includes replacement of worn-out flanges as per existing sample & specification cleaning the surfaces of flanges, installing new gaskets and the new valves are positioned and securely bolted thereof , post fitting testing on full load for any leakages and necessary rectification thereof.
