| 1 | Notes:- (i) The entire scope of work is to be carried out in G+5 story building upto 30 metres of height and scattered surfaces/ location. (ii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive for boom lift/crane and scaffolding may be set up as required. Contractors should arrange boomlift/crane and take all safety precautions for workers including accidental coverage insurance for workmen employed at the time of carrying out works as described in Sch 'A'/ BOQ. (iii) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to assess the resources required to execute the work and include removal of all dismantled/demolished material as the site is of prestigeous buildings of INA. (iv) Cost of all factors are deemed to be included in the rate quoted in BOQ. No extra claim will be entertained. (v) Certain fittings and fixtures have been specified with particular catalogue numbers. The contractor shall ensure that these items are strictly considered while quoting the rates. In case of the specific items are not available a "Non availability certificate" must be produced to obtain approval for alterative makes from the list of approved make. | ||
