| 1 | M&L for carrying out the Periodical Check and preventive maintenance/servicing of HT RMU (Ring Main unit) and SF6 circuit breaker 11 KV, 630A/400A installed in Compact sub station and other location under GE Bengdubi as per existing make alongwith tripping system and mechanism and carried out the fwg repair/tests made for smooth operation.: (a) Cleaning and greasing of mechanism. (b)Tightning testing of mechanism parts. (c) Alignment testing and adjustment of mechanism.(d) Operation, testing of trip and close by electrical and manual mode. (e) Spring charging testing by electrical and manual mode.(f) Cleaning of panel insulator CT &PT unit of the panel. (g) Cleaning and tightning of control/wiring CT &PT unit.(h) Cleaning and testing of relay with current injection method (j) Testing of auxillary relay.(k) Allingment of trolley, checking/greasing of shutter /lock of breaker.(l) Testing of polarities of CTs.(m)Checking and recording of IR Values of VCBs trolley and Panel of RMU (n) Settings and coordination of relays. (o) Checking/repairing/rectification of the control wiring (p) Replacement of panel heater.(q) Replacement of worn out bushing PT/Busbar support insulators rusted nut bot with suitable size of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.(r) Replacement of unserviceable open circuit CTs. (s) Replacement of unserviceable Relay, Push botton, Indicator light HRC fuse etc.(t) High voltage testing with high voltage tester of CT & Breaker Pole to withstand working pressure of HT 11 KV to ascertain serviceability and spare parts found defective to be replaced for smooth functioning as directed by the GE (u) Testing the leakage of SF6 gas of the RMU and refilling the gas SF6. (v) Complete servicing, overhauling and testing of 11 KV ring main unit (including for Breakers) shall be got done by the contractor from the authorised agency. (w) Any part/spare found defective during testing shall be repaired/replaced for which payment shall be made separately against respective items here in after except for minor parts such as packing, nuts bolts, cotton waste etc for which cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (x) Contractor shall deposit / Procure all the material in advance to avoid any late night fault/ after market hours / non availability of material in market. Note : (a) The elect supply shall be restore within 5 hours from the time of tripping / fault in day or night in the stn, failing this a penalty of Rs 5000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues.
