| 3 | Providing water proofing treatment shall be done in two coats apply First coat of Dr. Fixit Torch SHIELD (P-3160-3mm) to the clean and saturated surface maintaining a coverage 0.60 sqm (Zero point six zero squate meter) per kilogram to achieve 1mm (one millimeter) thickness this coating shall also be executed upto 300mm (Three hundred millimetre) vertically. The second coat shall be applied in opposite direction after 4 to 6 (Four to six) hours of application of 1st coat then sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. Fixit Fast flex white still tacky and the second coat. Then apply cement mortar 1:4 (one cement ist four sand) and mixed with Pidiproof LW at the rate 200ml (two hundred millilitre) per 50 (Fifty kilogram) of cement over the floor with suitable gradient towords drain water pipe while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky complete as per drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. | 4 | Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-25 (twenty five) to obtain the compressive strenght of 25N/mm square ( twenty five newton per square millimetre ) for cement concrete work, in all work up to plinth level using minimum cement content not less than 360 KG/Cum (Three hundred sixty kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix to give a smooth surface mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing completed and excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material within all lead ,lift and other incedental as per specification approved drawing design and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
