| 1 | Comprehensive Maintenance of Blue Star Make Air-Cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow (VRV/VRF) Systems, including operational and standby outdoor units with Inverter Scroll Compressors and indoor 4-Way Cassette Units of following capacities (Indoor capacity1.2 TR/437 CFM, 3.0 TR/883 CFM, and 4.0 TR/1400 CFM), installed at the hangar site in the technical area of NPOL Kochi under AGE (I) R&D Kochi. This maintenance service includes the complete servicing of the entire system, encompassing the replacement of filters, worn-out parts, and refrigerant charging as required. Additionally, it covers the inspection and repair of all associated electrical connections, MCBs, control systems, sensors, and drainage pumps. Comprehensive fault diagnosis and rectification of any defective parts will be conducted, ensuring that the entire system operates optimally and meets the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Out door unit 24 HP (12 HP X 1No +12 HP x1 No) for Ground Floor and connecting pipe lines and Connected Indoor units Complete. (b) Out door unit 30 HP (18 HP X1No +12 HP x1 No) for First floor and connecting pipe line and Connected Indoor units Complete. | 11.00 | PER MONTH |
| 2 | Note for Ser item No 1:-(a) The Maintenance of the VRF Acs shall be done through OEM or firm authorised by the OEM only. (b) The parts being replaced/repaired shall be genuine and from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by AGE (I) (R&D ) Kochi. (c) All software update required for smooth functioning of VRF ACs shall be undertaken by OEM only. (d) Periodical Servicing of each VRF ACs to be carried out by Company technician and records/logbook shall be maintained with Engr-in-Charge. (e) The compressor will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect is found,the same will be repaired/Replaced (f) Safety control such as pressure cut outs will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any malfunctioning,they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly. g) The PCB of the IDU & ODU will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any mal-functioning, they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly. (h) Air filter will be inspected and cleaned, if necessary. (j) Cooling coil will be inspected and cleaned, if necessary. (k) The blower motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended. (l) Separate skilled man power shall be employed against comprehensive maintenance. (m) On receipt of a break down intimation, a qualified and competent team would be deputed immediately on the same day and fault would be rectified immediately on priority basis and within 24 hrs so as to ensure that Air Conditioners are functioning satisfactorily. If failed, `1000.00 per day shall be deducted from the payment due to contractor, as penalty. Strongly to be noted before quoting their rates : The Rate quoted against the Item Nos. 1 shall be deemed to include all the above points specified vide Srl note Nos. (a) to (m) here-in-before, nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for carrying out the above services apart from the quoted rates. | ||
| 3 | Material & Labour in repair for removal of the existing cassette indoor unit and the installation of a new VRF cassette indoor unit 3 Ton Capacity at ASSP Hanger Bldg technical area. This includes securely mounting the new unit, performing electrical connections, and supplying and installing high-quality copper refrigerant piping wrapped with closed-cell nitrile rubber insulation. The system will be charged with the specified refrigerant gas, and pressure testing along with vacuuming will be conducted to ensure system integrity. The commissioning process includes operational testing, balancing airflow, and providing the necessary documentation. Compliance with industry standards and safety protocols is mandatory throughout the project. Final inspection and handover will ensure all work meets the required specifications, with a full demonstration of operation and maintenance procedures provided to the client. | 1.00 | EACH JOB |
| 4 | Material & labour in repair for dismantling the existing dehumidifier (2 Nos ) from the celling , extending the ductwork, creating wall openings, and re-installing the dehumidifier installed at ASSP Hanger Bldg technical area from OEM (Dry air ). The scope includes the installation of upto 30 feet of PVC pipe (200mm) for the exhaust air of the dehumidifier, creating two wall openings, rerouting the drain above the ceiling for a length of upto 20 meters, and dismantling the dehumidifier, adjusting its height, and re-installing it, including reconnecting the mouthpiece to the duct complete all as specified and directed. | 1.00 | EACH JOB |
