| 3 | Taking out & rewinding the existing unserviceable burnt motor upto 25HP, 3phase, 50 cycles by disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the locally workshop. Dismantling the motor and removing the old burnt copper winding & demoisturise, cleaning, rewinding the coils with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire, with suitable F class paper insulation, varnishing, and reassembling by replacing bearings reinstalling at the installation and testing, commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed. Note - Before rewinding the existing motor, contractor must show the burnt motor/winding to the EIC. Old unserviceable copper retrieved will be property of contractor.
