(b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) Fourth stage is first bacteria screening & getting disinfectification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inchlor-5/ NB-10 govt laboratory certified branded halogen compound or E-in-C approved equivalent product. | 1.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing with method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills the suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERABAC G 65/ Inoxi-60/ NB-69 or E-in-C approved equivalent product. Note :- (i) Company will be submit government laboratory test certificate of TERABAC G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69/TERBAC-G5/Inchlor-5, before cleaning, Fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning, name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning and sterilization staff should be under accidential insurance coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe line of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scale and same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the provision | ||
| 3 | (iii) Sterilization team will be comprised of atleast 30% members who are minimum 03 months experience of tank cleaning and have certificate duly mentioning indivudal have worked in water tank sterilization (iv) Contractor will be responsible for all arrangements for availability of fresh water for cleaning. No such complaints occured during cleaning the tank i.e No water in tank/ overflow of tank/ lack of fresh water/ bees home on tank/ blokage will be entertained by the department and dispodal for the same will be managed by the contractor himself & expenditure if any on such things will be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (v) The work shall be carried out through specilized agency RAY CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA Enterprise or equivalent. (vi) Contractor shall informed the subdivision atleast 10 days before execution of this work in written with full programe. (vii) Contractor shall write on the tank as date of cleaning, due date of cleaning, cap of OHT etc. | ||
| 4 | (viii) Contractor shall submit the tank cleaning record i.e location, tank cap, date of cleaning in register duly signed by contractor, concerned JEs, AGE E/M and submit to subdivision. if contactor failed to submit the documents payment will not be released and contractor's claim on this account shall not be entertained. (ix) For execution to this items all T&P, precaution equipment for execution, arrangement of team for execution etc all are included in quoted rate and complete responsibility for this bears by the contractor itself. | ||
