Remove the outer cover of out door unit and covered the condensing unit with ploythene / plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motor while cleaning the unit and filter with pressureized water then apply one coat of descaling solution and clean with wire mesh bursh/nylon brush to the condensing coil of out door unit and greasing of all moving parts. Cleaning of Cooling and condenser coil of indoor and outdoor unit shall be properly carried out without damaging other parts. Checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DBs, Stabilizer, wiring of ACs as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note - Replacement of defective parts with new parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items in the schedule. | 35 | Each Job |
