(c) 6.0 TR Ductable : 38 Nos (d )Split AC 1.5 TR : 4 Nos. (iii) Remote controls Note- (i) The Repair/Maintanance of VRF/VRV plant shall be done through OEM i.e, M/s DAIKIN only. (ii) Cost of outdoor / indoor unit above mentioned when required repair and replacement of PCB card Gas Chaharging ,sensor , other than BOQ/Sch A for making fully functionly is deemed to be included in quoted rate no extra cost shall be paid to contractor in this effect. Hence the bidder is advise to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rate accordingly. (iii) Everyday one technician has to be deployed for day to day maint and rectification of faults if any and failing which Rs 1000 will be charged as penalty for every day. Technician should report its attendence to Enge-in-charge.
