| 5 | Material and labour for disconnecting electrical connections of motor located at the top of cooling tower, keep cables at safe custody for reconnection and dismantling and taking out fan blade assembly along with motor mounted on base frame at the top of cooling tower after cutting/dismentaling all nuts, bolts and fixtures from the mounting frame and removing whole assembly including motor and base frame from the top of cooling tower with the help of T&P for servicing of cooling tower, 20TR to 60 TR capacity including comprising of following complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Cleaning /scrapping of inner and outer surface of FRP basin, repair of damaged portion if any including FRP lining of all surfaces joints to avoid leakage including replacement of all nuts and bolts, joining all parts of basin complete, (ii) servicing cooling tower plant, cleaning complete plant with descaling solution, including servicing of cooling tower motor and fan and making the necessary alignment with motor, (iii) replacement of spares of suitable capacity if any after necessory work including greasing and replacement of nuts, bolts and preventing leakage if any by means of suitable adhesive etc complete all as specified and directed, (iv) taking out PVC fills blocks, cleaning and refixing as per existing location and channel direction, (v) servicing of spray header and sprinkler assembly complete & (vi) repair of water strainer complete. Note: Replacement of spares shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" | 2.00 | EACH JOB |
