| 1 | Material and labour for taking down of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm for safety checking by replacing defective parts/painting/rewinding and re-fixing the ceiling fan after repairs, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- The replacement of unserviceable items like capacitor, Bearings, Bush, Canopy, down rod and winding etc. shall be made as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge which will be measured and paid separately under respective items as Supply only. However, parts of minor nature such as screws, lugs, insulation tape, nuts, bolts, washers etc after cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional and making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conduct of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector fan (minimum 0.50 Mtr length) including cost of labour for above replacement are deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate all as directed. | 685.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | Note:- The following items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate quoted against Sl Item No 1. (a) In each job, checking the functioning of fan including its connections, cleaning of fan, greasing of fan and mechanical check i.e. tightening of loose screw, nuts, bolts, etc are inclusive in unit quoted rate. | ||
| 3 | (b) The above job shall be carried out by a trained electrician having qualified in ITI ( electrician Trade), documentary proof of the education of tradesman shall be produced, before commencement of work. | ||
| 4 | (c) The entire job will be carried out in AFTC, 2 DC area and Air Force stn Jalahalli | ||
| 5 | (d) Replacement of unserviceable parts like rubber bush, clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, safety pin, bearing etc will be paid under respective item here-in-after as supply only through proper documentation. |
