| 3 | The Outdoor Cubical-Type joint Box, measuring 600 mm (Height) x 450 mm (Width) x 300 mm (Depth), shall be a weatherproof, floor/plinth-mounted enclosure fabricated from minimum 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with a slanting rain canopy and IP55/IP65 ingress protection, powder-coated in RAL 7032 Siemens Grey with an EPDM/Neoprene door gasket, specifically designed for bottom entry and bottom exit of power cables. Inside, it shall house four sets of high-conductivity E91E grade aluminium disconnecting busbars (minimum 30x8 mm section to ensure equivalent copper ampacity) rigidly mounted on 1.1 kV flame-retardant SMC/FRP insulators, providing safe staggered terminations with heavy-duty aluminium lugs of required size with bimetallic washers to prevent galvanic corrosion, alongside a 25x3 mm internal aluminium earth busbar for armor bonding and a removable 3.0 mm non-magnetic aluminum gland plate pre-fitted to accommodate two CW50 double-compression brass glands. | 2 | Nos |
