| 1 | Repair / comprehensive maintenance of gravity feed type chloronome plants of 0-300 gms / hour capacity to ensure proper functioning and 100 % serviceability of all the plants including replacement of all unserviceable spare parts including carrying out necesary repairs as mentioned below, Items not mentioned in list but required are deemed to included in the rates for item No1 :- Note :- (i) All spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. Cost of labour is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Total chloronome plants to be maintained are 03 Nos for a period of contract. A minimum of 1 No highly skilled technician will be deployed to report, attand incl carry out maint/repairs of chloronome plant installed at Filter plants on a daily basis to ensure 100% serviceability. (iii) Cost of all essential materials which are not otherwise specified in this schedule but are required to ensure smooth functioning of the chloronome plant are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Adequate reserve for all necessary stores will be kept at the site by the contractor to avoid any delay in carrying out the repairs. (v) All T&P required to carry out the work at site will be provided by the contractor. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vi) Only skilled / trained techinian will be deployed by the contractor every day including holidays & sundays in a day shift (08 hours) to carry out the repairs and maintenance of chloronome plants and attand the plant on call in case of emergency. Adequate saftey precautions including proper gas mask kit will be provided to the technicians by the contractor. (vii) Proper record of repairs / daily maintenance carried out and duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge / JE will be maintained. (viii) All complaints in respect of chloronome plants will be attended and rectified on a daily basis. No payment will be admissible for the days when plant not worked. For a delay of more than 48 hours by the contractor in attending / rectifying the complaints of cloronome plants, a compensation of Rs. 1500.00 per day of each plant will be recovered as a penalty for the entire period of unserviceabilty of the defective plant. (ix) Contractor shall visit and check the condition of plant before quoting the rates. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge | 11.00 | Each Job |
