| 1 | Day to day maintenance of electric fitting, sanitary and water supply fitting (excluding materials) will be by done by Contractor. This work also includes Maintenance of Office garden, filling of water tank in desert coolers, filling of overhead tanks, Security arrangement of complete office campus in office time and during govt holidays. General maintenance work related to electrical, sanitary, wood work, paint work etc. will be done by contractor without material All the works shall be executed as per direction of engineer in charge Terms and Condition are as following:- 1. Regular maintenance of lawn, plants including Mowing of lawns manually / with power machines and Maintenance of Plants including of pits/bids watering, preparation of Thavala, Hoeing, weeding etc. & application of insecticides, Humus Khaad etc. complete in all respect with material , as per instruction of Engineer In-charge. Front Garden and Plants and back side garden lawn and plants and climbers of newly developed garden/ planters- Vertical wall plants at 01 place having 924 nos. 2.All the material Like Odonil, Acid, Phenol, soaps, handwash liquid etc for sweeping, cleaning of toilet and all the tools for sweeping, cleaning of toilet for up keeping of Garden Plants etc will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.3.This work also includes regular cleaning of Toilets Rooms, chambers, septic tanks, water tanks in the office campus 4.Regular maintenance of A C fans, desert coolers, water cooler ducting system, invertors, false ceiling and all type of installed lights including rewinding of motors and cooler pumps etc without material will be done by contractor Material for above maintenance shall be supplied by RIICO. 5.In case of burnt motor the charge for repairing Without material, lowering and un-lowering of the submersible pump set will be borne by the contractor Winding charges Bush etc for submersible pump motor if any shall be borne by RIICO. In case of burnt water motor pump set(1/2 HP) all repairing charges with material, rewinding, bushes shall be borne by contractor 6. Contractor should arrange the water at his cost during shortage of water supply period if required. 7.Contractor is responsible for collecting Electric Water bill of RIICO Office and timely deposit of payment to KEDL JVVNL PHED office. If timely not deposited then penalty will be borne by contractor. 8.Contractor has to follow the minimum wages act and shall be responsible to pay the minimum labour charges Contractor shall be liable to pay PF ESI etc if any 9. Penalty of Rs. 1000 per day will be imposed for any lapses in above duty. 10. Persons involved in each work Security personnel, Gardener, sweeper etc should be got approved by E I C. | 24.000 | Per Month |
