| 3 | NOTE: 1 The work will be terminated without any notice if the services will be handed over to MCD or any other civic Body. Nothing extra will be paid in this regard. 2 A sum of Rs. 1000/- per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified area not swept/cleaned satisfactorily. 3 A penalty of Rs. 2500/- per person/per day shall imposed if any of the Environment Assistant found absent and the work is got done by the department on his behalf. 4 Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. 5 For item no. 1 agency has to quote the rate as per minimum wages of central govt./ GNCTD whichever is higher + GST @18% otherwise same shall be summarily rejected. |
