The job includes providing / fabrication / fitting of new winch machines ( 3 Ton capacity )2 nos. complete with cover, rain pipe , base plate and stem rod . Repair to leaf by patch welding of new MS sheet of proper gauge after removal of damaged, rusted portion. The job also includes shifting of the material to site, lowering of the repaired gate, followed by fitment of the winch machine on the hoisting by means of providing and fitting of nuts and bolts, lowering of the stem rod, fastening and aligning it with the gate for smooth uni-axial vertical up and down travel and testing the complete system. Complete Job includes cost of emery paper ,one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of paints ,grease working, cost of material, tools and tackles charges, skilled / semi-skilled labour hire charges, hiring and carriage charges of welding set, chain pulley block and tripod stand to site.01Job 2 Reconditioning of D1 & D2 Cross gate at Garkhal Canal The job involves dismantling it from its hoisitngs and extraction of damaged winch machine and gate using crane and manual labour from the embodiment blocks. Providing / fitting of new winch machine (5 Ton and 3 ton capacity) complete with cover, rain pipe . Providing /fitting of new gate leaf made out of M.S plate along with leaf frame made out of M.S channel and angle section stiffeners of same specifications as per requirement in lieu of damaged ones. The job also includes extension of existing guide structure.Shifting of the material to site, fitment of the winch machine on the hoisting, lowering of the stem rod, fastening and aligning it with the gate for smooth uni-axial vertical up and down travel and testing the complete system. The job includes cleaning of the newly provided winch assembly and repaired gate structure with emery paper followed by application of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of paint and also greasing work.The job covers the cost of hire charges of tools ,tackles, welding rod, gas & oxygen cylinder, labour charges, fabrication charges, cost of material, to&fro carriages charges etc. Complete Job 01Job | 1 | Job |
