Realignment Of 30 Inch Od Paradip Haldia Baruani Crude Oil Pipeline Across Mahanadi River At Ch. 13.500 Km By Horizontal Directional Drilling Method, Tie-in And Hook-up With Existing Pipeline And Associated Works - NAME OF WORK: Realignment of 30 Inch OD Paradip Haldia Baruani Crude Oil Pipeline across Mahanadi River at Ch. 13.500 Km by Horizontal Directional Drilling Method, Tie-in and Hook-up with existing pipeline and associated works NOTE: 1. Please enable macros before filling the rates to see the quoted figures in words. 2. The bidder shall quote firm prices “Excess(+)/ At Par/ Less(-)” against the rates mentioned in the price schedule provided in BoQ1 sheet as per instructions provided herein after taking into account all the tender terms and conditions and scope of work. In case rates are quoted to more than 2 decimal places then, the amount quoted towards the tender shall be worked out for the rates quoted to first 2 decimal points without rounding off. 3. Only "Bidder Name", "Excess (+) or "At Par" or Less (-)" & "Percentage" are to be filled by the bidder in the designated "Sky Blue cells". For "At Par" selection, the percentage quoted shall be treated as 0.00 and quoted amount at par with estimate. 4. "Excess (+)" or "At Par" or "Less (-)" can be selected from the dropdown menu by clicking on the cell. 5. No changes shall be made by the bidder to S.No., Unit, Quantity. 6. In case of any difference in item description/ unit/ quantity in BOQ, then the item description/ unit/ quantity given in the tender document shall prevail. 7.The rates quoted by the tenderer shall include all cost towards equipment, labour & laboratory back-up, logistics, transport, spares, tools, tackles, consumables, etc., travel and stay arrangements and other incidentals including supply of materials as may be necessary for rendering the services as per detailed specifications. 8. Goods and Services tax as per GST Act 2017 for concerned services has been added to the base price of below mentioned services. If the bidder wishes to quote some other Goods and Services tax rate other than mentioned in the price schedule provided in BoQ1 sheet, they may quote the same in "Annexure H". Statutory variation on Goods and Services Tax as applicable for the category/ service shall be to Owner’s account up to the contractual completion period. Reverse charges mechanism on Goods and Services tax amount shall be applicable as per Govt. rules. 9. Bidders are advised strictly not to alter or change the BOQ format/ contents. Bidders are also advised not to paste any image file or put any additional conditions in the BOQ work sheet. 10. Please select the applicable rate of GST in cell 'W13'. | 3 | #Design, detailed engineering & installation of pipeline / pipeline & OFC conduit across rivers, NH, SH, Expressways, Railways, etc by HDD method. #Complete work for the crossing (between the limits, as indicated in the approved drawings) including mobilization & de-mobilization at site(s), supply of all materials as per the `Scope of Supply' and all consumables, equipment, manpower & other resources and arranging the required land for site preparations and execution of, but not limited to, the following works in accordance with the specifications, drawings and as per all provisions of the contract document and instructions of the Owner. #Interpretation of data of hydrological / geo-technical surveys furnished by the Owner, carrying out fresh topographic survey of the rivers, NH, SH, Expressways, Railways, etc & developing new profile drawing for the crossing location, carrying out additional surveys required for collecting data relevant to design and construction of the crossing, performing all engineering & design calculations, preparation of all necessary construction drawings for approval of the Owner as per the provisions of contract document, preparation of detailed construction method statement and design analysis. #Completion of balance works for existing two welded pipe strings of 30 OD 0.812 (20.6 mm) WT, API 5L X70 grade, 3LPE coated pipes of lengths 648 m and 24 m, and fabrication of the balance pipe length to form a single continuous pipe string of the required length, including balance transportation of pipes, grading, stringing, welding, NDT, joint coating, repairs, air cleaning, gauge pigging, and pre-installation hydrostatic testing of the complete pipe string, etc. #Fabrication of 89mm OD steel conduit with an inner duct of 40mm OD HDPE pipe for OFC (wherever OFC has to be laid along with the carrier pipeline). #Supply & fixing of easy to install heat shrinkable duct end caps for HDPE conduit for OFC (wherever OFC has to be laid along with the carrier pipeline). #Installation of the pipeline / pipeline and OFC conduit as a bundle crossing below the rivers, NH, SH, Expressways, Railways, etc by single horizontal directional drilling operation to the correct profile as per the approved drawings. #Carrying out post-installation hydrostatic testing of HDD pipe string (along with transition pipe section). #Carrying out post-installation coating survey as per approved procedure. #Restoration, clean-up and disposal of drilling fluid, waste and all other surplus materials etc. #Transportation of surplus Owner-supplied pipes to the designated stockpile location of the Owner. #Preparation of as-built drawings and other records etc. #All other works not specifically listed herein, but required as per specifications, drawings, provisions of the contract document, calculations and construction method statement, leading to successful completion of the works. Note:-The Contractor shall have the option for installation of 89 mm OFC conduit as Bundled HDD installation along with the HDD installation of carrier pipe OR as a separate HDD instalation. However, the payment and payment terms shall remain the same in both the cases. The work includes: | ||
| 4 | Works for existing pipe strings of length 648m and 24m: Inspection of the existing pipe strings visually and/or with holiday detector for defects, including repair of all defects, #Complete site preparation including arranging of required land, setting up of fabrication yard, etc. #Carrying out repair of pipe defects, replacement in the case of non-repairable defects and repairing damages to pipe coating including defects/ damages occurring during transportation and handling. #Pre-construction surveys and collection of all necessary data. #non-destructive testing of 3 nos. joints by radiography (by X-ray), supply of films & all equipment and providing all facilities to Owner's representative(s) for examining radiographs, repair of welding defects in 17 nos. joints and retesting #Coating of the field joints of the pipe string to be installed by HDD method with DIRAX heat shrink sleeves of M/s Raychem's make, DDXTM Directional Drilling Kit of M/s Canusa or of any other approved make used for HDD crossings. #Repair of all coating damages in the pipe section to be laid by HDD method by full encirclement sleeves using suitable cut sections of approved quality of heat shrink sleeves of M/s Raychem make, DDXTM Directional Drilling Kit of M/s Canusa or of any other approved make.#Carrying out air cleaning, gauge pigging and pre-installation hydrostatic testing of the complete pipeline string, as per the specifications, including repair of defects and retesting etc. | 672 | M |
