| 3 | Quick Repsonce Team: Monthly charges for providing Quick Response Team (QRT) detailed in Annexure A. The normal duty hours for the QRT crew shall be 8 hours. However, the team shall render the services round the clock as per the requirement of the Owner. QRT shall always remain alert and shall remain in touch with pipeline operation group, mainline maintenance group so as to immediately act upon to tackle any emergency in mainline. The leak clamps, sleeves, coating materials and other IOCL supplied materials to be shifted from Owner designated location to the site through this utility Vehicle without any extra cost. QRT shall proceed to emergency site anywhere as per stretch under work immediately after report of emergencies along with required equipments. The Contractor shall maintain an establishment at his own cost & expenses for accommodating QRT facilities near respective station or as directed by EIC along with telephone and mobile facilities for all team members for un-interrupted communication. No extra payment shall be made for QRT and vehicle other than this SOR Item. QRT personnel can also be used for regular maitnenance work at stations . IOCL employee shall also use QRT vehicle for regular maintenance work/ROW visit/Surprise check of mainline as per the requirement of IOCL.
