The Contractor Shall Provide Qualified/skilled Electricians, Semi-skilled Electricians And Reliever Manpower For Three Shift Operation On 24×7 Basis For Operation And Maintenance Of The Masulkar Eyei Hospital Electrical Installation. 2 Electrician Iti & 2 Helper Per Shift 2. The Contractor Shall Provide Adequate Manpower In All Three Shifts So That Electrical Services Are Maintained Continuously Throughout The Day And Night. Duty Chart Of Appointed Staff By The Contractor Should Be Submitted By The Contractor To Engineer In Charge At Start Of Every Month. Also The Appointed Staff Shal Take Daily Testing Of Dg And Report Its Diesel Level, Daily Take Reading Of Ht Metering And Maintain Its Daily Register, Maintain Hourly Logsheet Readings From Lt Panel 3. The Contractor Shall Attend To All Major And Minor Electrical Faults/ Electrical Wiring Problem Immediately Upon Receipt Of The Complaint. Maintain History Register. 4. The Contractor Shall Carry Out Preventive Maintenance, Routine Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance And Corrective Maintenance Of All Electrical Installations. 5. Defective Electrical Components, Accessories, Switches, Sockets, Mcbs, Wiring Accessories, Lighting Fixtures And Other Electrical Parts Shall Be Inspected And Replaced/repaired As Required, As Per The Terms Of The Amc. As Per Instructions Of Engineer In Charge. 6. The Contractor Shall Maintain/repair/replace All Electrical Wiring, Switch Boards, Distribution Boards, Lighting Points, Fans, Area Lights, Exhaust Fans, Led Lights, Tube Lights, And The Above Mentioned Other Electrical Installations At Masulkar Eye Hospital Including All Icu, Nicu, Operation Theaters Maintenance. 7. The Contractor Shall Carry Out Major And Minor Electrical Repair Works Through Qualified Technical Personnel And Ensure Immediate Restoration Of The Healthy Electrical System. 8. In Case Of Failure/interruption Of Msedcl Power Supply, The Contractor Shall Immediately Register The Complaint With Msedcl And Continuously Take Follow Up With Msedcl Until Restoration Of The Power Supply. 9. The Contractor Shall Maintain A Complaint Register/breakdown Register And Record The Time Of Complaint, Nature Of Fault, Action Taken And Time Of Restoration. 10. Regular Inspection And Preventive Maintenance Shall Be Carried Out To Avoid Electrical Failures And Ensure Uninterrupted Electrical Supply To Critical Hospital Areas. 11. All Electrical Works Shall Be Carried Out Strictly As Per Applicable Electrical Safety Rules, Standards And Instructions Of Engineer In Charge. 12. The Contractor Shall Provide Necessary Tools, Testing Instruments, Safety Equipment And Other Accessories Required For Routine And Breakdown Maintenance For The Staff Appointed By The Contractor. 13. The Contractor Shall Attend Emergency Electrical Complaints At Any Time, Including Sundays And Public Holidays. 14. The Contractor Shall Ensure Uninterrupted Operation And Maintenance Of The Electrical Installation Throughout The Amc Period.
