(ii) Manufacturer should have in house own NABL accredited laboratory. (iii) The drawings of transformer marshlling box, RTCC, OLTC etc shall be got approved from GE. (iv) All tests shall be carried out at factory before the dispatch of Transformer inspection of officer as detailed by Accepting Officer. (v) Control wiring upto CR panel in Main Power house. Rate of Control and Relay Panel suitable for 33/11 KV 3.15 MVA Transformer should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vii) Manufacture warrenty should be 05(Five) years. | ||
| 4 | Contd item No 1.02 (viii) Rates are deemed to be for the constructing platform for 3.15 MVA transformer, construction of RCC transformer foundation of size 3.00 m 3.00 m including excavation in soil, PCC 1:4:8 bed, RCC foundation in M20 grade concrete with reinforcement, foundation depth 0.70 m below ground level and pedestal height 0.90 m above ground level, embedding of MS channels ISMC-100 4 Nos for mounting of transformer, alignment, levelling, curing and finishing complete as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. including dismantling and removal of existing/old platform, ix) Manufacturer should have valid type test (within 5 year) of same rating & higher rating with same voltage x) In case of any fault or failure of the transformer during the warranty/defect liability period, the contractor shall be fully responsible to arrange and install a temporary replacement transformer of the same make and rating within 24 (twenty-four) hours at site to ensure uninterrupted power supply. xi) The rent/hire charges of the temporary transformer, including transportation, installation, operation and removal, shall be borne entirely by the contractor until the original transformer is repaired, tested, and reinstalled in healthy working condition at site, to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, at no extra cost to the department. | ||
